Call for Poster Presentation Abstracts


National Clinical Conference

August 1-3, 2010 in St. Louis, MO


The NCC Program Committee enthusiastically invites the submission of abstracts for poster display. The conference poster presentation sessions are an ideal opportunity to generate active discussion of your research or initiatives, facilitate an exchange of ideas, and network with colleagues. Clinicians and clinical faculty are encouraged to submit abstracts describing their evidence-based research or, innovative patient and/or teaching practices, related to family planning, women’s health and reproductive health.


PROPOSED TOPIC AREAS INCLUDE:
  • Contraceptive methods and management
  • Gynecologic cancers
  • Menopause and hormone management
  • STIs, including HIV
  • Clinic efficiency
  • Male services
  • Adolescent service delivery
  • Serving vulnerable populations
  • Preconception care/Reproductive life planning
  • Precepting new clinicians
  • Student recruitment into women’s health care
  • Literature reviews

Important Deadlines


March 1, 2010: (5pm Central time)

Abstract submissions deadline

April 1, 2010:

Authors will be notified of acceptance by email

June 1, 2010:

Presenters of accepted poster presentations must register and pay fees for the conference by this early registration deadline

June 15, 2010:

Electronic file of poster must be submitted by email
