Refund & Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation must be received prior to July 10, 2010 in order to receive a refund (less a $30 processing fee). Refunds will not be given after that date or for no-shows to the conference, however substitutions will be honored. The CTCFP reserves the right to cancel this conference, in which case all registration fees will be refunded. The CTCFP is not responsible for travel costs (airline, hotel, etc.) related to conference cancellation.
